Making a complaint about services you have received can be a difficult thing to do, particularly if you are not sure of the best way to get your point across. Generally, it is helpful to first raise your concerns with the Immunisation Advisory Centre to resolve any complaint directly. We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within five working days. We will make a reasonable effort to investigate your complaint within 20 working days from the date of acknowledgement. You will be informed of this if this will take longer and the reasons why this might be necessary. If you feel unable to deal with this yourself, you may find it more helpful to take your complaint to a Health and Disability Consumer Advocate and seek their help in resolving the matter.
